Welcome to our sangha!

DVI: Northeast Philly Sangha is a peer-led mindfulness meditation group that meets twice monthly in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia. We are grateful for our affiliation with Delaware Valley Insight. During meetings we sit together, talk about practice, sometimes listen to a short recorded dhamma talk and then socialize and snack. Newcomers to meditation, as well as experienced yogis, are welcome. 

Philly Insight is committed to creating an environment where everyone who comes to practice feels welcomed, honored and included.

In the midst of this unprecedented time, practice is more important than ever. We will be meeting through the free Zoom videoconferencing platform until further notice. We meet every first and third Tuesday at 7 PM. Our schedule for those meetings is listed below.
