Learning how to take care of yourself builds resilience. Self-care for teens can really be anything that makes you happy and supports your physical, mental and emotional health.
Physical Health
Fuel your body by eating a healthy, well-balanced diet and drinking plenty of water.
Maintain an appropriate sleep schedule
Get moving EVERYDAY - youtube is a huge resource for home workouts without equipment
Get outside in nature while practicing social distancing (Vitamin D from the sun)
