1) Research your animal at Encyclopedia Britannica, which will have information on all varieties of wild and domestic animals. It is also available in Spanish:

2) Another great source is National Geographic Kids, but this resource does not include all animals. You'll find good information, and fantastic photos of those animals included. Go to National Geographic Kids,
3) The Smithsonian National Zoo has a comprehensive website with excellent information, but only about the animals who live at the Zoo in Washington, DC. The information includes facts about the animals and conservation. You can also meet then animals and learn their names (see the pandas and elephants!)
