Studio Art
Learn to observe and explore the world around you through drawing, building, collage, and more. This class is designed to inspire students to adopt new making styles and to gain a deeper understanding of themselves as artists. Students will be exposed to the work of contemporary artists, and classes will consist of live lessons and demos, independent work time, group discussions, Visual Thinking Strategies, one-on-one check-ins, and virtual artist talks.

Hi! My name is Ms. C, and I'm an artist who's currently learning to become an art teacher. I'll be here a couple of days each week, and I'm very excited to meet you all! A little bit about me: I grew up in Boston and spent a lot of time at the Museum of Fine Arts when I was younger. I'm now a student at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA). In my free time, I love visiting new art museums, listening to Ariana Grande, cooking, and crocheting.
