Women's History Month

Gale is celebrating Women’s History Month by releasing ready-made classroom activities that can be utilized with our Gale in Context: World History and Gale in Context: Global Issues databases! Use these resources to encourage your students to learn more about the vital role women have played in major political and social movements throughout history. Students will engage in collaborative research while exploring the efforts women have made to protect their rights and how these actions effect their daily lives. While exploring the challenged rights of women throughout world history, students will develop a deeper understanding of the efforts of women standing up for their political rights.
