For Connects password resets: You will receive a password reset email within 5 school days. The link provided in that email allows you to reset your password within 72 hours. If you do not reset your password within the 72 hour time window, you'll need to resubmit a Password Reset Request. For additional help, contact the BDEA Data Team.
For BPS Email password resets: You will receive a password reset email within 5 school days. It will have a verification code and instructions on how to reset your password. For additional help, contact the School Secretary.
