Fish: Friend or Foe

When I first started researching this topic it quickly became apparent that there has been little research done on this topic, especially with this age group, and that neither any systematic review nor a meta-analysis had been published on this topic (and on adolescents and/or adults). So that was my goal, to write a systematic review paper authoritatively summarizing all the available information to make it more accessible and digestible.
