"Ross came today to fit a new swan neck tap as my other one has been dripping for days.  He is a very personable young man and did an excellent job in quite a short time. He even offered to look at my toilet system which has been playing up. (I shall probably need him for that in the near future)

"We recently had the pleasure of enlisting Ross's plumbing services for a couple of tasks around our home, and I want to share the exceptional experience we had.

Ross initially came to repair our cistern and replace a tap for our washing machine. His service was nothing short of excellent, offered at a reasonable price. "Don’t be fooled by his young age.

Ross is a true plumbing professional, courteous, prompt on time. He sorted our very old shower enclosure where the thermostatic valve had gone faulty. He had to get the completely seized nut off, which he persisted at. As the shower cabin is so old and no longer supported, Ross worked with myself and find the right part. We have hot water again in this shower cabin and are so happy with Ross’s work.

We were so impressed that Ross is our plumber for all jobs going forward."

"My washing machine broke this morning while I was doing some washing this morning. It flooded my kitchen and the water started coming in to my lounge. I called a couple of other plumbers who couldn't  help before i found Debbie & Ross at Bostin Plumbing. They are amazing. Ross got to me within 10 minutes of my phone call to them. They don't charge emergency call out fees, just the Labour which was really good. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out, and I have already passed their business cards on to my family. "Ross came to fix the loo at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Low Hill). Very pleasant and professional. The problem was fixed quickly and effectively, additional information was given and the area was left clean and tidy. The invoice was the quoted price, so no surprises for the treasurer.

I am very confident to recommend him to others and to keep him on our useful contacts list.

It's also worthy of note that when I rang to enquire, the phone was answered straight away by Debbie, who again was very pleasant and professional, also efficient and helpful in identifying the problem and keeping me informed about the appointment.

"The service we received from the first phone call to completion of the works was 1st class. Honeslty Debbie was so amazing and went above and beyond what anyone could expect and she went and got advice from other trades to see if she could save us having to do any works. When we exhausted other options she booked us in immediately for the shower replacement and Ross came round, perfectly on time and was brilliant. He was really respectful in our home and got the job done in a really quick time to a really high standard. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else now for any plumbing work. Highly recommend."

"I came back from holiday to an icebox. My heating wasn’t working. Ross came out within a few hours.
