A New Shower tray and screen installation in Castlecroft May 2022:

All finished. New Tray, pipework and screen installed. Ceramic wall tiling made good. New sealant and trims. A happy customer!

All secure - a new floor area, strong and ready for our new tray to be installed. The existing waste pipe was adjusted to suit the new shower trap outlet position.

The Solution. I installed new treated timber joists and bearers to support new floor boards over the affected area. Not a traditional plumbing job but occasionally you have to go the extra mile to get the job done. (and cheaper for the client not to have to get a chippy in).

The Problem. Timber joists and floor boards decayed under the shower tray. This was all removed and treated.
