How much of my time does this organization take?
This is a time consuming organization. We require after school practice once a week on Wednesdays from 2:30-4:30pm and travel on Fridays/Saturdays about once a month. Students are also expected to take on a large out of school work load as a part of this organization.
How much does it cost to be on the team?
This is a costly organization. It costs $30 to join and tournaments run anywhere from $20 to $250 each. We attend 6 to 10 tournaments a year. Please be aware of the financial burden of this organization before committing. Fundraisers will be conducted to aid costs, but parents will be expected to pay out of pocket for trips if the student does not fund raise enough to cover costs.
What is the grade requirement?
This is an elite organization. Students will be expected to carry high GPAs and stay on top of school work at all times. You will miss school for tournaments multiple times and have to promptly make up the missing work. Students need to carry a 3.0 to remain on the team.
