Thanks for stopping by my page. I am Sheila Phipps, Parkway High School's Instructional Coach and Test Coordinator. I have been a Panther since June of 2016. It is my job to report student achievement data, assist teachers in the classroom and coordinate logistics for school, state and national assessments. During my time here, I have come to believe that Parkway's faculty are "top notch" to work with. They are kind, helpful and above all patient with me. This position requires a lot of coordination which makes flexibility key to it all working together. My philosophy is, "if there is a question or problem, let me know earlier rather than later".
