I visited Buda Castle in Budapest, Hungary last summer along with the Check Point Charlie museum in Berlin, Germany. I also traveled to Krakaw, Poland; Slovakia; and Prague, Czech Republic.

My Family

My beautiful granddaughter Olivia and my son Bryan.

I have an amazing granddaughter who is three years old. My outstanding son is a teacher/coach at Benton High School, and my wonderful husband is a teacher/coach at Parkway High School. We all love to travel, and I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel with my precious parents. The above picture was taken when we visited Normandy, France.

A Little About Me

I am a proud product of Bossier Parish schools and could not be more honored to be at Airline High School as one of the assistant principals. I have been in education for more years than I want to count. I have taught first grade through college juniors at LSU-S and have loved every minute of my teaching career. This is my fifth year at Airline; I was at Haughton High School as the graduation coach prior to becoming a Viking. Helping young adults achieve their high school goals has always been a goal for me. I hope to continue to help make Airline a great school for academic and social/emotional success. Although my husband, son, and I all graduated from Parkway, I now live by the motto, "Once a Viking always a Viking." I now bleed blue and truly consider myself a proud Viking.
