Emmett Beggs

Emmett Beggs is a graduate of Caddo Magnet High School.  After high school, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science.  After almost a decade as an entrepreneur, he got his teaching certification in math.  Later, he earned a graduate certificate in Cyber Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership.  After spending 11 years at Parkway as a teacher and coach winning multiple state championships in wrestling, he transitioned to Rusheon Middle School as an Administrative Assistant.  He spent two years at Rusheon before returning home to Parkway.

Emmett is married to his wife, Lindsey.  They have two daughters (Baylor and Palmer Finley) and a son (Sawyer).  When he is not at school, he likes to vacation to the beach, watching sports (GEAUX Tigers), and coaching his son’s lacrosse team.  It is an honor to be back at Parkway and be able to serve the community of south Bossier as an administrator.
