Shannon Bothel

Hello! Welcome to my page! I am Shannon Bothel and I am excited to begin my 4th year at Airline High School teaching Geometry. This is my 12th year to teach and it will be the best one yet! I am a graduate of Parkway High School- Class of 2003- woop woop! I went on to Louisiana Tech University for my Undergraduate degree, and I loved being a Bulldog so much, that I got my Masters Degree in Secondary Math Education there, as well. Math was always my favorite subject, so I decided to teach it. Last year, I got my Masters +30 in Educational Leadership.

I have been married to my husband, Colt for 6 years. We have two handsome little fellas- MJ who is 4 and Joseph who is 2. The boys keep us busy in a sea of cars, Paw Patrol, and bow ties. On the weekends you can find me sipping coffee, hanging with my boys, and teaching Sunday school at church.

I am excited for us to have a fabulous year at the A! Go Vikes!
