About Your Teacher

Welcome to 8th grade Louisiana History! I'm so excited to begin this new year with you. This will be my 27th year of teaching and my second year at HMS. I graduated from Airline and LSU-S. I received my Master's of Education at Centenary College. I live in Haughton with my husband Michael, son Colton and daughter Autumn. My husband teaches high school science, Colton will be a freshman at Louisiana Tech this year and Autumn will be a sophomore at Haughton High School. We spend our free time hunting and fishing.
