Welcome to Summer School at the Borger Intermediate/Middle School campus! To ensure a successful experience for our students, please review the following logistics:
🗓️Dates: Summer School starts June 1st and ends June 25th. It will only be Monday - Thursday.
🚌 Transportation: Please note that transportation is not provided; parents/guardians are responsible for student travel to and from campus.
💰 Tuition: We are pleased to offer summer programming at no cost to our families.
🍎 Meals: Breakfast will not be served on campus. Please ensure your student eats a nutritious meal before arriving at 8:00 AM. Lunch will be provided Monday-Thursday for summer school students in the BMS cafeteria. Please look at the grade level section below for more details.
📝 Expectations: To maintain a productive learning environment, the Borger ISD Student Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced regarding both behavior and attendance.

Where do I go? Student classrooms are clearly highlighted on the campus map below. Please report directly to your assigned wing upon arrival.
How do I get my schedule?
Students will receive a hard copy of their full schedule as soon as they arrive on the first day.
A digital version of the schedule will be sent to all parents/guardians via ParentSquare prior to the start of classes.
Parking: Please park in the area designated on the map and enter through the indicated doors.
Below are drop off and pick up directions
7th through 12th grade students dropped off on the Middle School side, entering through the Middle School entrance.
K through 6th will be dropped off on the Intermediate side, entering through the Intermediate entrance.
Red X's are area that will not be utilized for drop off. These doors will be locked. The only doors utilized for entering are referenced above.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Please pull directly in front of the designated entrance for arrival and pick-up.
All students of Borger ISD can eat for FREE.

Students attending our elementary Summer school must be dropped off no later than 8:00 and picked up at 12:00. Pickup is at the Intermediate Doors (In green on the map)!
Bilingual students will attend from 8:00 - 3:30.
Lunch is provided through the school meal program and will be served before pickup.
If your child is required to attend every day of summer school they will need to bring doctors notes to excuse the absence.
Grades 5-8
All students attending summer school (5-8) must attend from 8 am- 12 pm.
English Bilingual students will attend from 8:00 am- 3:30 pm.
All students attending are for one of the following:
Credit Recovery- students that have failed a core class and must earn the credit.
Attendance Recovery- students that did not meet the needed amount of time during the 25-26 school year.
Grades 9-12
**Your students drop off/pick-up time is dependent on what periods your student will need to be there**
Welcome to the BHS Summer Hub. We are committed to providing students with the opportunities they need to stay on track for graduation, whether through state testing preparation or course completion.
Lunch is provided at student request.
STAAR / EOC Preparation
In-person instruction is available for students needing to retake State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) End-of-Course exams.

Our digital platform provides flexible options for secondary students to fulfill graduation requirements. Please note that the courses have limited availability.
Credit Recovery: For students who previously failed a course and need to earn the credit.
Attendance Recovery: Designated hours for students who have the grades but lack the required seat time.
Electives & Misc. Courses: Select half-credit options are available for students looking to fill specific transcript gaps.
