Your First Step: Screening for Becoming a Ripple Tutor! 

STEPS, PROCESS AND DESCRIPTION 

1. Review the Test Taker’s Manual. 

• This covers the basic and detailed flow of the test and addresses FAQs for test takers. 

2. Watch the PROGOS Test Orientation Video. 

• The video discusses the test format, instructions, structure,  technical requirements, rules, and available support, ensuring a smoother testing experience and better performance.

3.  Take the PROGOS Test.

• Test Name: English Proficiency Test (PROGOS)

• Exam Code: pKrmwdYD

• Department Name: Indicate Company Name 

Note: 

• Overall Rating Requirement: Applicants must achieve an overall rating of at least B2

• No A Ratings: Applicants must not receive an A rating in any of the six (6) assessment areas.

• Retake Policy: Applicants may take the test up to two times.

STEPS, PROCESS AND DESCRIPTION 

1. Schedule an appointment for your Demo Lesson! 

   • The appointment link will be provided by the center. 

Note: Due to limited slots, rescheduling is allowed only once.

2. Watch the sample Demo Lesson Video.

   • Reference for your understanding of how to conduct your demo and the transitions between different sections of the lesson.

3. Access the Demo Lesson Material. 

• You will use any of the following materials to teach your students. 

  • Fruits

  • Animals

  • Weather

Note: Remember to ask them during the lesson which topic they would prefer.

4. Prepare a 10-minute Demo Lesson.

• Take time to practice the following:

        2. Build rapport with your students by singing songs, and games, or knowing your students' favorites. 

        3. Transition to lesson proper and ending the lesson on time. 

• Learn how to share your screen in Google Meet via this link. 

5. Conduct a 10-minute Demo Lesson (via Google Meet). 

• Be in the meeting room 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.

• The demo lesson should be within a 10-minute timeframe. 

Note: If you are not in the meeting within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be tagged as a “No Show.”
