Kindergarten High Frequency Words (Snap Words)

Over the course of the lessons below, students will learn high frequency words (snap words) and have opportunities to practice using those words. Most lessons are composed of learning a word and using it, and a couple videos are about integrated practice.

For each session, students will need paper to collect snap words and a writing tool (pen or pencil). They could use Post-its, cut paper into squares to make Post-its, or simply a sheet of paper that they use to write a list of their snap words. At the end of every video, they will add the word they learned to their collection.
