Carnival rides are forming a BHS skyline. Athletes dressed in red and black are coming together with their coaches. School hallways are shimmering. Classrooms are adorned with inviting decorations. Office copiers are running at max speed. These are all welcome signs that school is set to begin in Boonton! On behalf of our school district team, I welcome you for the start of the 2022-2023 school year and hope that the concluding days of summer bring fun-filled memories and an opportunity for some rest before the start of school next week. Before we officially welcome students back to school on Thursday, September 8th, I have included a few updates for you.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

INFORMATION FROM THE BUSINESS OFFICE REGARDING SCHOOL LUNCH AND CHROMEBOOK INSURANCE OPTION

Earlier this summer, information was sent from the Business Office regarding school lunches. The letter is linked here and includes important information about the lunch program, free and reduced lunch application procedures, and information about adding funds to lunch account balances. In the coming week, the Business Office will be sharing information with our families of students in grades 6-12 regarding school issued devices. In these grades, students are issued one-to-one Chromebook devices and we will be providing a new opportunity for families to insure these devices in lieu of being responsible for repair costs due to accidental damage.
