Purpose: The Continuous School Improvement Team will perform a comprehensive needs assessment in order to identify strengths and goals for the district.  The team will examine data, set goals, create, and evaluate action plans for continuous improvement.

Purpose:  The Crisis Response Team ensures the safety and well-being of students and staff by preparing for, responding to, and supporting recovery after school crises. The team coordinates clear communication, immediate actions, and emotional support to restore a safe and supportive learning environment.

Purpose: The Preschool Advisory Team supports high-quality early childhood programming in Nebraska by guiding curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, and alignment with state early learning standards. The team collaborates to ensure preschool experiences meet Nebraska Department of Education requirements and prepare children for a smooth transition into kindergarten.
