Coach Aylor has been a part of the Ryle community since his student teaching in 2010. He graduated high school from St. Henry District High School in 2006 and college from Northern Kentucky University in 2010. He became the head coach of the Ryle Baseball program in 2019 after completing previous coaching experiences at Conner High School, St. Henry, Cooper, and Ludlow. Coach Aylor is married to Brooke, a teacher at Steeplechase Elementary, and has two kids, Max and Louie. 

Coach Eckerle has been a part of the Ryle Baseball community since the Fall of 2020. He graduated from Covington Catholic High School in 2017 and the University of Cincinnati in 2021 where he served as an equipment manager for the UC football team. 

Coach Nowak has been a part of the Ryle Coaching Staff since the 2023 season. He graduated from Covington Catholic in 2018 and Thomas More University in 2022 where he played one year of basketball and four years of baseball. 

Coach Herrmann enters his first year on the Ryle Baseball coaching staff. Previously, he served as an assistant on the Conner coaching staff for the past 7 years. Coach Herrmann brings with him over 25 years of coaching experience and will work extensively with our outfielders. Coach Herrmann has been married to his wife, Carrie, for 34 years. They have a son, a daughter, and 2 grandchildren.
