Coach Aylor has been a part of the Ryle community since his student teaching in 2010. He graduated high school from St. Henry District High School in 2006 and college from Northern Kentucky University in 2010. He became the head coach of the Ryle Baseball program in 2019 after completing previous coaching experiences at Conner High School, St. Henry, Cooper, and Ludlow. Coach Aylor is married to Brooke, a teacher at Steeplechase Elementary, and has two kids, Max and Louie. 

Coach Eckerle has been a part of the Ryle Baseball community since the Fall of 2020. He graduated from Covington Catholic High School in 2017 and the University of Cincinnati in 2021 where he served as an equipment manager for the UC football team. 

Coach Eckerle has been a part of the Ryle Baseball community for two years. He graduated from Covington Catholic High School and went on to play at Xavier University. Coach Eckerle brings over 30 years of coaching experience at various levels including time spent with the Florence Freedom (Y'alls), Newport Central Catholic, Covington Catholic, and Highlands.

Coach Hanley enters his third season with the Ryle Baseball Program after completing two seasons as the JV Head Coach. Coach Hanley played for 4 years at Keystone College in Northeast Pennsylvania. When he was finished playing in college, he served as a pitching coach at the college for 2 years before beginning a 2+ year stint playing for the Florence Freedom.  Coach Hanley currently lives in the Union area and is a realtor for Keller Williams.
