Hi there! I am Marie Slone and I am so very  excited to be working with my GMS  students this year as the 6th grade School Counselor! I am a former Art teacher and a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Morehead State University. I love to read, write, paint, attend all types of performing arts events and spend time outdoors. I look forward to connecting with our students and families this year. ( : 

My name is Staci Alvey, and I’ll be working with 7th grade this year. I received my Masters in School Counseling from Northern Kentucky University. This is  my 9th year as a school counselor. All of my experience is with middle school, and I really enjoy working with this age group of students. I was born and raised in Boone County, and I’m very excited to work in the area I love.
