This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, “your”, “Client”, “Service Provider”, “Professional”, or “Member”) and Boom4Business Technologies Limited (trading as “Boom4Business”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). It governs your access to and use of the Boom4Business platform, services, content, technology tools, and all associated offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Boom4Business platform, including by creating an account, browsing content, submitting information, or engaging with other users, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Boom4Business Privacy Policy, any Membership or Payment Plans you subscribe to, our Fee Schedule, the Terms of Service, and other referenced policies. These documents collectively form the full and binding agreement between you and Boom4Business.
Please review this Agreement carefully. Your use of the platform confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any part of it, you must not access or use the platform.
This Agreement applies to all categories of users, including:
Entrepreneurs using the platform to grow their businesses;
Professionals offering advisory, consulting, technical, or creative services;
Investors or financial entities browsing or engaging with ventures;
Mentors offering guidance and business coaching;
Organizations or Teams managing collaborative business activities.
Boom4Business is an integrated digital marketplace and development platform designed to accelerate entrepreneurship, promote professionalism, facilitate mentorship, and foster access to capital and markets. The platform is especially tailored for early-stage entrepreneurs and professionals in emerging markets, enabling them to:
Access curated resources and templates to build business strategies;
Connect with potential clients, advisors, mentors, and investors;
Showcase and monetize professional skills through project contracting;
Participate in training milestones, career development, or business capacity-building programs;
Engage in verified and secure transactions supported by Escrow Services and dispute resolution options.
We act as a facilitator of opportunities, not as a party to user contracts. Users are expected to engage transparently and uphold all obligations under their direct agreements with each other.
By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, you affirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
You have the legal authority to bind yourself or any organization you represent;
All information submitted to Boom4Business during onboarding or ongoing use is accurate and complete;
You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in connection with your use of the Services;
You understand that Boom4Business may revise, suspend, or terminate your access at any time based on breaches, misconduct, or inactivity.
Users agree that digital acceptance (such as checkbox confirmation, login access, or continued use of the platform) constitutes formal and enforceable acceptance of this Agreement.
For clarity within this Agreement:
“Platform” refers to the Boom4Business website, mobile application, and all related portals and modules;
“User” refers to any person or legal entity registering to use the Services;
“Client” refers to a User engaging another User for professional or project services;
“Service Provider” refers to any User providing services, content, or expertise through the platform;
“Escrow Account” refers to the account through which payments are securely held and released under platform-monitored agreements;
“Conversion Fee” means the fee imposed when a User bypasses the platform’s transaction protocols in breach of the non-circumvention clause;
“Confidential Information” means all non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed by one party to another in any form;
“Dispute Resolution Process” means the formal process through which Boom4Business attempts to resolve conflicts between Users, which may include mediation, arbitration, or legal referral.
Users may register under different account types—entrepreneur, professional, investor, or organization—each with specific functionality and subscription tiers. Access to features may be limited based on the user’s subscription status, verification level, or role.
Boom4Business reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue pricing models, services, or access privileges. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes or service deprecations affecting them.
Boom4Business offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans grant access to premium services such as:
Escrow payment protection;
Curated project or investor visibility;
Custom dashboards, templates, or analytics;
Advanced CRM or automation tools.
Users may upgrade or downgrade their plans as needed. Plan fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the subscription selected. All fees are due upfront unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable once billed.
In addition to subscription charges, Boom4Business applies:
A Service Fee (typically 10–20%) on transactions processed through the platform;
A Conversion Fee (30–50% of project value) where users bypass platform engagement after initial contact;
Withdrawal fees or currency conversion charges as applicable per local financial institution guidelines.
All platform fees are clearly disclosed before any project is confirmed or funds transacted.
Boom4Business provides escrow services for client–provider engagements. Payment is held securely until:
The agreed-upon work is submitted;
The client approves completion;
Any raised dispute is resolved.
Boom4Business is not a financial institution and shall not be held liable for delays due to bank processes or third-party issues. Users must ensure that their bank accounts or mobile payment options are accurate and verifiable.
Each user is responsible for the accurate reporting and payment of any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax. Boom4Business may, under legal obligation, issue declarations or report user activity to government agencies.
We do not offer direct tax advice, and users are encouraged to consult professional advisors on compliance matters.
