Mr. Christensen- Social Studies
My name is Joshua Christensen and I am Bonny Eagle through and through. My mother was a teacher in the district for nearly 40 years and my grandmother was a 40 plus year teacher in the South Portland area. I graduated from BE in 2004 and after some time away at the University of Vermont getting my BA and Master's, I came home to find a teaching job and ended up back here which has been awesome. I've taught in the Alternative Education program for my first six years of teaching and have been here at BEMS for 5 plus year. Music is one of my passions and I run the school rock band club. You will likely hear me jamming to tunes with my team on a regular basis.
Mrs. Hullinger- Science and Clan Leader
I'm Erin Hullinger and I love exploring outside, gardening, running, reading, skiing, cooking, painting, and learning. I am from Maryland. I went to UVM in Burlington, VT. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in the outdoor and environmental education fields, and taught a lot of skiing in Vermont and Oregon! I started at BEMS the 20/21 school year.

Mrs. Strange- ELA
Mrs. Strange has been an ELA teacher in middle and high school for seven years. She moved to Maine from Idaho with her family two years ago. She is excited for her second year with the BE Scots! Mrs. Strange has two daughters, and a husband, and a dog. She enjoys cooking, running, and exploring Maine with her family.
