The mission of the Lone Hill Mile Club is to provide all students the opportunity to experience the powerful feeling of fitness and true personal success by challenging themselves to complete a mile within 5, 6, or 7 minutes.
The Mile Club challenges students to push their limits and celebrate personal fitness! It consists of three different time groups: 5, 6, and 7 minutes.
7-Minute Club: Complete the mile within 7:00-7:59 range (girls only)
6-Minute Club: Complete the mile within 6:00-6:59 range
5-Minute Club: Complete the mile within 5:00-5:59 range
To earn a Mile Club t-shirt, students must run the mile in the required timeframe (as shown above).
Each time a student completes the mile within their Mile Club timeframe, they will receive a star⭐ to proudly display on their t-shirt.
