Representative Council is the policy-making body of the Association. The Representative Council is comprised of members of the Association and is responsible to the membership.

Each site is entitled to at least one representative and should have one rep for every 20 unit members.
Representative Council meets one Monday per month at 4:00 pm in the BUTA office:
