About Me
I am married and have 2 sons, one is 18 and in junior college, the other one is in 5th grade. Outdoor activities are my favorite things to do. I love hiking, skiing, wake boarding, camping, rock climbing, cycling, sailing, and more. Pretty much anything outside and in nature is what I enjoy. I became a teacher many years ago after being a classroom assistant. I knew then that I wanted to become a teacher and started taking classes in pursuit of a teacher credential. I have been teaching for about 25 years. This is my 2nd year for Black Oak Mines Unified School District and my first year at Golden Sierra. My favorite school activity to do with students are short hands on science experiments after we get down with the core subjects.
