About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Christine Diehl and I’m a Physical Education teacher in my 10th year here at Golden Sierra and in my 21st year of teaching . As well as teaching I also coach middle school and high school cross country and high school track and field.
I graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. Exercise Physiology and recieved my physical education/health teaching credential from College of Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont California. I grew up In Half Moon Bay and taught and coached at a large high school in South San Francisco. Coming from a large school setting has really given me an appreciation for the amazing small community here on the Divide. I love how none of our student's "fall through the cracks" and are able to get the individual attention they deserve.
My goal as your child's physical education teacher is to provide them with the knowledge and skills to live an active and healthy life. I am passionate about developing resilient students through physical fitness, health & wellness practices, & mindfulness.I am so excited to be a part of your child's education experience. It's going to be a great!
