Math 8CC (AKA 8th Grade Math)
If you are a returning GSJSHS student, you are back for more Math with Mrs. Harvey. This year we will be focusing on the CCSS for 8th Grade. Equations, Graphing & Writing Linear Equations, Systems of Linear Equations, Functions, Real Numbers & Pythagorean Theorem, Rigid Transformations, Angles & Triangles, Volume & Similar Solids, Data Analysis, Exponents & Scientific Notation. Don't hesitate to stop on by to say hi or sit in on a math session!
Junior High Leadership & Yearbook
Junior High students will plan and execute school events, field trips, fundraisers and will work on boosting school spirit and pride. We will do school and outside of school community service and will focus on being the best leaders we can be. We also will be learning fundamental photography while designing the Junior High yearbook.
