REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

SATURDAY 16th NOVEMBER 2019: Technical Rehearsal,

AIS ARENA

~COMPULSORY FOR ALL PERFORMERS TO ATTEND~

8.30am: Diamonds, Mega Crew, Production & Tap Kix Arrive + Safety Induction (8.45am)

9.00am: All ACT 2 ARRIVE / Mega Crew, Production & Tap Kix Stage rehearsal

9.30am: ACT 2 SAFETY INDUCTION & TECH REHEARSAL

12.00pm: Lunch break

12.30pm: All ACT 1 ARRIVE

1.00pm: ACT 1 SAFETY INDUCTION & TECH REHEARSAL

4.00pm: FINALE rehearsal – All students

4.30pm: Prepare for show/Dinner break

5.30pm: Full Studio photo & briefing – all students & staff

5.45pm: VIP tables - Doors Open

6.00pm: General Admission - Doors Open

6.30pm: Show starts

8.00pm: Interval

9.30pm: Awards Presentation

10.00pm: Finish

11.00pm: Bump Out complete

*Please note: all times are approximate and may vary on the day/night.

· Students must arrive at least 20min before your call time so that you can sign in & warm up

· Students must be present for the Safety Induction to be allowed on stage. THIS IS VITAL AS WE ARE HAVING SPECIAL EFFECTS IN THIS SHOW THAT MUST HAVE SAFETY INDUCTIONS BY APPROVED INSPECTORS PRESENT. Any student who misses their on stage rehearsal WILL NOT be allowed to perform in the show.

· Students in each Act must be present for the entire Act’s rehearsal time as we may run out of order or come back to an item.

· Please wear your Bom Funk uniform to the rehearsal. Bring your correct dance shoes for rehearsal. Make sure EVERYTHING is named!

· Students with quick changes, please bring your costumes side stage and practice your quick change in the rehearsal.

· The Technical rehearsal will run in replacement of our normal Saturday Junior/Pre Inter class timetable.

· During rehearsals, students remain under Bom Funk teacher & volunteer’s supervision

· Students are to remain inside the venue during rehearsals - students under 18 will not be permitted to leave unless signed out by a parent or guardian.

· No parents are allowed into the Auditorium area during the technical rehearsals.


~NOTE THAT ACT 2 IS RUNNING FIRST IN THE MORNING FOLLOWED BY ACT ONE IN THE AFTERNOON~
