Verify your account in the Bolt Driver Service Point!
Due to the upcoming regulatory changes, every driver will have to complete a physical verification of their original documents in the near future to continue operating on our platform. The verification will take place at a stationary Bolt Driver Service Point (DSP). Drivers will need to book an appointment through a special form. Additionally, we will be verifying pictures confirming proper vehicle markings. More details can be found below.

Cars verification
In addition to the driver verification, we will also be reviewing pictures confirming proper markings on the vehicles.
Check the requirements for TAXI vehicle markings in your city and submit the appropriate pictures as soon as possible. Please ensure that all elements of the TAXI markings are clearly visible in the pictures, as otherwise, the verification will be rejected.
How to prepare for a visit to the DSP?
Be sure to bring with you the original versions of all required driver's documents, ie:
ID card or passport,
your driving licence,
a criminal record certificate no older than 30 days.

During the visit, we will check the driver's original documents. In addition, each driver will be photographed on a special uniform background to update their profile picture.
