Keeping active is important for our bodies and our minds, you should try and do 60 minutes of exercise a day. Exercising is important for keeping our bones healthy and strengthening our muscles. Any type of exercise is good, even just running up and down the stairs or walking the dog!
Can you challenge yourself to run a certain distance every week, do a certain amount of steps a day or see how many laps of the garden you can do? Record what your results and see if you can increase these each time.
