One of his greatest accomplishments is being the 2025 RASEM REALTOR of the Year and 2023 RASEM Community Service Champion. Andrew is also affiliated with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) where he graduated from the 2024 Leadership Academy. As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) he has served as a Mentor in the National SPIRE Program for new and aspiring agents. To become a real estate agent in Massachusetts, you must first get your Massachusetts real estate license. The process of getting your real estate license general takes a few months and includes the following steps:
The first step to getting your real estate license is to enroll in a real estate school and complete a 40 hour real estate pre-licensing course.
Once you have completed the 40 hour pre-licensing course, you must pass a course exam that will help prepare you for the state exam. The exam consists of 120 multiiple choice questions for the salesperson license with a minimum passing score of 70%
You may need to submit a background check to verify your identity and right to work as a real estate agent in Massachusetts.
Submit your application online by filling out the relevant form with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, either electronically or via mail.
Licensing exams are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must make a reservation with PSI no less than 24 hours before your examination date. You will be expected to provide a non-refundable examination fee.
