If you missed a lab for a University excused absence, you have the opportunity to complete a make-up activity, after receiving approval from your language professor. University approved absences include official university-recognized activities or being sick and providing a doctor's note to your professor.
Your make-up activity must be completed within 10 school days of the date you missed the lab to receive credit.
IMPORTANT: Your language conversation assistant is NOT able to give you permission to make up a lab for a university excused absence. Instead, you must send an email to your language professor who instructs the course. If you have any questions, please email wlrc@boisestate.edu.
Please review the document below for instructions on how to make up your conversation lab.

Once you have completed your make-up, please complete the form below. You’ll want to make sure you have the following items ready:

If doing the online option:
The voice recording or link to the zoom recording for your chat session
In order to promote a safe and comfortable learning environment, we do not permit students dropping into a lab time other than their own. This also helps us to ensure that everyone receives ample opportunities to participate by keeping group sizes small.
You will have 10 school (or business) days to complete the makeup. Makeups submitted after the 10 days will not be accepted without special approval.
No, but the opportunity to make up a lab will only be provided for University approved absences or University holidays.
