• If you missed a lab for a University excused absence, you have the opportunity to complete a make-up activity, after receiving approval from your language professor. University approved absences include official university-recognized activities or being sick and providing a doctor's note to your professor.

• Your make-up activity must be completed within 10 school days of the date you missed the lab to receive credit.

IMPORTANT: Your language conversation assistant is NOT able to give you permission to make up a lab for a university excused absence. Instead, you must send an email to your language professor who instructs the course. If you have any questions, please email wlrc@boisestate.edu. 

Once you have completed your make-up, please complete the form below. You’ll want to make sure you have the following items ready:

• A screenshot of the permission email from your instructor (if the absence is for anything other than a University holiday)

• If doing the online option:

  • The voice recording or link to the zoom recording for your chat session
