Travis Armstrong
Clinical Assistant Professor Radiologic Sciences
Boise State University

I returned to Boise State University in 2017 as a faculty member in the Radiologic Sciences program after earning my B.S. in Radiologic Sciences with a Management option from the same program in 2000. More recently, I earned a Master in Public Administration in 2021.   I bring to the classroom considerable hands-on clinical experience having worked in a variety of radiology departments throughout the region.  Outside of working for over a decade combined at two major Boise hospitals, I have worked for a number of prestigious institutions to include the University of Washington Medical Center and the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center.  The expertise garnered through many years of experience in these various clinical settings allows me to provide context to the abstract ideas and concepts taught in the classroom.  In my free time I can often be found exploring Idaho’s backcountry on foot, mountain bike, or motorcycle.
