Employee Provisioning Access Information

GAs will have an employee email address (username@boisestate.edu) and a student email (username@u.boisestate.edu). GA email accounts are administered differently than other student employee email accounts.

Employee provisioned access will appear as a HOLD on  your student account, however, no action is required and the hold will not prevent you from registering for classes, dropping classes, etc. Employee provisioning, including your employee email address, ends on the last day of the month of your last day worked (i.e., if the last day worked is May 1-31, employee provisioned access ends May 31). 

Exception: If you are a GA in the spring term and receive a confirmed appointment for the following fall term by June 1, your employee access will continue during the summer. 

For those who do not have a confirmed appointment, extended access requests must be submitted by a department sponsor using the Affiliate Access Request Form.
