­­­­­­­­­­­­­Aaron Boyer is a partner in Eide Bailly LLP’s National Tax Office and specializes in international tax. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has over fifteen years of tax / accounting experience with the last eleven years focused on international tax.

Aaron enjoys helping individuals and companies with international tax consulting / compliance and routinely collaborates with non-U.S. tax advisors on multi-jurisdictional tax issues. Aaron has experience helping companies expand abroad, structuring worldwide operations to lower global tax rates, advising on cross border M&A, analyzing tax treaties, assisting foreign companies expand into the US, FIRPTA planning and compliance, analysis of US withholding tax requirements, FATCA compliance, pre-immigration tax planning, etc. Additionally, Aaron serves as an INTL tax technical expert for Eide Bailly and he spends significant time researching nuanced / unusual tax issues and interpreting new tax laws that impact his clients.

Aaron is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Outside of work he is an avid table tennis player and enjoys volunteering, speaking Spanish and many outdoor activities including running, hiking and biking.
