Project Baseline/RiteAid
Primary Health is currently testing WITH appointments:
Patients who have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or patients without symptoms
Refer students or staff to the Primary Health website for the testing clinic nearest their home or school. At this time we are testing asymptomatic patients at our Garrity location and symptomatic patients at Garden City, Nampa, Cole and Fairview locations. Current PCR lab results are running 24-48 hours in most cases.
The patient may call any PHMG clinic to schedule at one of our testing sites. It is an appointment based testing at this time. Same day testing is available.
Patients get an exam, education, and testing administered by a provider at our Respiratory Clinics, at Garrity, since this is an “asymptomatic” testing site we do not perform an exam, it is a “nursing visit” with testing only.
Patients are notified of “positive” test results by our Covid Response Team (CRT). These patients are managed to ensure recovery, quarantined, education about Covid19.
Negative results are sent via patient portal or message to phone.

For existing St. Luke's patients - If you think you may have symptoms of COVID-19, or may have been exposed, please use the self-triage tool in myChart first; it will help you determine what to do next. If you don’t have a myChart account, you can create one online here.
If self-triage indicates that you should be tested, you will be able to schedule an appointment through myChart at one of the St. Luke's designated clinic locations. You may also call the COVID-19 hotline for instructions or assistance at 208-381-9500. Please note: you must have an appointment for testing, we are unable to accept walk-ins.
Nampa: Call the St. Luke's triage hotline at 208-381-9500 for screening and triage. A member of the clinical staff will complete a risk assessment over the phone and provide guidance on next steps, which may include specimen collection for testing at a local facility, if necessary.

If someone who is an established FMRI patient needs an appointment with COVID symptoms, they call in to request the appointment: 208-514-2500
They will be scheduled in one of the respiratory acute care clinics. Currently those running at the Raymond location, Nampa south location, and Meridian Schools Clinic location. These sites are subject to change based on need.
Respiratory acute care clinics have same day, or next day, scheduling.
Testing is also available for established FMRI patients who are asymptomatic, but exposed and needing testing for that. These visits occur as a nursing visit - in the car - at each of the clinic sites.
Someone needing testing for exposure follows the same process - calls 208-514-2500 and is scheduled.
Currently, FMRI cannot offer asymptomatic testing to non-FMRI patients.
