Aktivate is the platform for ALL paperwork submissions for athletics in the Boise School District.
Parents will complete uploads of physicals, completion of the release/participation/concussion forms, etc. online.
This process is most easily completed using a computer.
Once registered a parent can complete the process for all their grade 7-12 student-athletes.
9th grade students, we asked them to first register at the school they attend during the day.
For those players who play at the High School for FB, baseball, soccer, XC, etc. they need to also register at the High School for those sports.
So for example, I am a 9th grader at Hillside, I will register at Hillside because I go to school there during the day. But, I play FB and baseball at Boise High. I will then need to register at Boise High for those two sports.

Hillside is a student first, athlete second school. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our student-athletes are performing in the classroom as well as within their respective sports. Therefore, weekly grade checks will be completed by the athletic director.
Grade checks will take place on Monday each week during the season.
Students with a D will still be allowed to practice and play in the weekly games.
However, coaches will be talking with the student to ensure the grade goes up.
Students with an F will NOT be allowed to play in any athletic contests for the week, however - they still may attend practices and the game to support their team.
Coaches will talk with the student and help create a plan for how the grade will be improved over the course of the week.
