This website is a work in progress as the professional educators listed below work on improving the learning experiences for our students at Boise Online Secondary School. Our focus question and problem of practice is the driving force for the work we are doing to support smooth, appropriate transitions for our students as they leave high school and enter post-secondary schooling/training, the competitive work force, and independent living.
What have we done?
What are we noticing and naming?
What are our areas for growth?
How are we connected to student learning?
Focus Question: How will students respond to online opportunities to learn about postsecondary options? How can BOS develop career path education that works for our online students?
Problem of Practice: BOS has a real need for more career path education for our secondary students, but we currently have very little in place and available for our secondary students (outside of SpEd)
