New Student Enrollment

To enroll your student at Capital, please contact the Counseling Secretary, Mrs. Weems, at 208-854-4499

 Documents needed to register a new student:

1. Enrollment packet

   1. 1. 1. 1. Online registration (online registration system) or you can come into the Counseling office to pick up a paper packet.

2. Proof of Residency (In Capital's Attendance Area)

3. Birth Certificate

4. Immunization Record

5. Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)

6. Transcript

7. Home Language Survey (available at Capital High)

* If you would like to attend Capital High but don't live in our attendance boundaries, you can fill out an open enrollment application.
