1) Write some names of solids you know and make sure you know the difference between a prism and a pyramid

2) A5 w/s - name the 12 solids (write on)

3) A5 w/s - (Paint / Cereal pictures) - name these solids

4) Match-up the names and pictures of these solids -

5) A5 sheet - Section A and B, Pictures of blocks of cubes

a) how many cubes are needed to build each model ? (write on)

b) Copy some of the models onto dotty paper (isometric paper) - make sure the dotty paper is the right way up

6) w/s Isometric Drawings (name on / write on)

• fold your paper in half and do all 4 pages A to D

7) Sheet - A Different View (do the Q's in your book) PLEASE do not write on / mark the sheet

a) Book A page 302 Ex.20.2 Q 3.4.5 and 9

b) Sheet - Starting Blocks. Do your answers on dotty paper. Draw the cubes that are needed to make the 2nd model for each of the 8 questions.

Challenge yourself and try and do without the use of cubes !!
