Just added! Outdoor Literacy Challenge

Foraging for wild food is both joyous and exciting, but there are a few laws that help to protect the environment around us.
You are allowed to pick flowers, fungi, fruit and leaves for personal use, but do not dig up plants by their roots as this will prevent it growing back.
You are allowed to forage on any public land, but private land will require land owners permission and could result in prosecuted for theft.
There are plants and fungi that can make you very unwell and even cause death, be sure to check your identification of every plant or mushroom you plan to eat.
With thanks to Sam at Totally wild UK for creating this experience.
