Goals:
* to strengthen our muscles (and therefore bones) using our own body weight (no weights needed)
* to improve our balance to avoid falls and trips
We will strengthen our muscles and improve balance through a series of exercises that require no weights.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a towel.
Difficulty level will be based on the folks that show up for the class.
