K-12 Online Resources
NEW STUDENTS
Welcome to BISD! If you are a new student and Remote Conferencing, here are your steps to get logged in:
Your student should have their user ID and password. If you have trouble logging into the portal contact 830-357-HELP (4357).
Once you have your student login information, access the Student Portal by clicking Student Portal. All district apps are located here.
Inside the portal, the students have Skyward. Skyward is our attendance and grading program. You can find your student's schedule and teacher names located here.
Google Classroom and Seesaw codes are given out by the classroom teacher.
Remote Conferencing access - students will get an invite to the Google Classroom.

Student Usernames
If a student cannot login successfully, please send an email to help@boerneisd.net or call the technology help desk 830-357-HELP (4357). Please only submit one request per student. Multiple requests delay the solution.
Student Home Access - Digital Devices
Teachers are creating coursework that can be completed using a variety of devices at home.
Desktop / Laptop (Windows or Mac) - Google Chrome Browser required.
Chromebook - Students will need to login to their @boerneisd.net student account. Extensions needed are already tied and available for student use.
iPad / tablet / Smartphone (Apple and Android devices)-Some apps are required and are free in the iTunes or Google Play store. Common ones are: Istation, Clever, Imagine Math, SeeSaw, Google Classroom, and Hangouts Meet.
PS4 / XBOX - These gaming consoles can be used to access schoolwork. Using the console's browser, students can access their Google Classroom , Youtube, and other online resources. No external items needed, however an external mouse and keyboard can be added. Instructions here.

K-2 Students - Parents will receive the login information from the Teacher. Please check the Skyward Messages.
3-12 Students - As part of digital citizenship and security of student and district information, students have created their own passwords. The username can be found in Skyward in their student profile (it is their email).
