I hope you all had an awesome 4th of July! We spent the day outside playing and splashing in the water since it was so hot! My niece and nephew had a lot of fun making the treat I shared with you last week, so I thought I would share a couple of pictures. This week, I created a Bobcat "Be Fit" Bingo card to help you try out some different fitness moves!
To earn a BINGO, you must complete five (5) exercises in a row. Your row can go...
Straight across (all exercises of one color)
Up and down (one exercise of each color)
Diagonal (one exercise of each color)
How many BINGOs can you earn before next Wednesday? I challenge you to get at least 5! Are you up for the challenge?!

Journaling
This week I talk about the benefits of journaling. Journaling has a lot of benefits that include, but are not limited to:
Boost Mood
Enhance sense of well-being
Reduce symptoms of stress and depression
Help put things into perspective
Helps use better understand ourselves through self-reflection
Journaling has been very beneficial in my life. Journaling does not have to be just writing. You can draw or color to help you explore your feelings. I hope that you try it and find the benefits that I do.
