She was also introduced to prenatal massage, joint range of motion, motion palpation, myofascial therapy, reflexotherapy, and Kinesiology. Tara graduated from MTIC's 616 hour program in August of 2007. In 2016 Tara obtained her 100 Hour Medical Massage Certification through Health Matters Seminars. In 2017 she completed a 24 hour program on Contemporary Cupping Methods through CuppingTherapy.org. Tara believes it is important to continue her education so that she is able to further her skill set and create a unique treatment plan for each client.
When Tara isn't with clients or studying she spends her time with her husband, their two boys and new little princess! She strives to live a healthy active lifestyle incorporating essential oils, physical fitness, eating clean, yoga and meditation into her daily routine.
