The one-on-one context allow you to learn and integrate self-care tools that you can use to continue improving your well-being and see a faster rate of improvement. For best results, we recommend 10 sessions. It also allows the instructor to make a clear plan for guiding the member to reach their goal within the set time. Includes, but not limited to stretching, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, acupressure healing and intuitive life coaching.

Sessions may be conversational. Over time, you gain insight into how past experiences affect your present

"The coaching sessions have allowed me to discover old memories and emotions that have been hindering my self-realization. Many years of hiding emotions and memories, that were particularly very hurtful, created habits that I used to protect myself from those hurts. But in doing so I also limited and distanced myself from living from my true self and passions. It is amazing to learn and experience how your body holds hurtful memories, and more so to identify the physical pain associated with those.
The coaching sessions look differently week to week. There are sessions of energy healing where I accumulate energy in my body, reach my zero point and watch my emotions, and gain insight for action. Then there are sessions where Beatricia or Master Hwanhari does energy healing and presses on certain pressure points and I fall into a deep meditative state where I can watch my emotions. There are also sessions in which she guides me through physical exercises to address my physical condition. At the end of every session I share my experience, my awakenings, and my understanding and Beatricia is there to help clarify and deepen my understanding. At the end of each session, I feel born again! It is truly a glorious feeling.
With Beatricia’s masterful guidance and love, I have begun my healing into forgiveness, confidence and courage. It is this journey that allows me to make peace with those memories, and go on with my aspirations. I am a work in progress, I am growing and it is very exciting.
