A deep plane face and neck lift is an advanced rejuvenation procedure that lifts and repositions the deeper facial layers to create a natural, long-lasting improvement in the neck, jawline, and mid-face. At Batal Plastic Surgery, we tailor this surgery to each patient’s goals, whether they want to focus on just the neck, the neck and lower face, or a more comprehensive approach that includes the mid-face. This flexibility allows us to address isolated concerns or create a full facial refresh while keeping the results soft and natural. Additional procedures can also be added to complement the lift, such as facial fat grafting, eyelid surgery, brow lifting, or skin-quality treatments, depending on what best enhances the final outcome.

Your journey starts with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Batal. The consultation is $75, which is applied toward your procedure if you decide to move forward. During your visit, Dr. Batal spends about 45 minutes to an hour performing a full evaluation and explaining the best treatment options tailored to your goals.
After your consultation, you’ll receive an itemized quote that includes your procedure costs, applicable discounts, and deduction of your consult fee. Our patient coordinator, Lai, will walk you through flexible payment plans, promotions, and scheduling options to make the process smooth and stress-free.
