At Bodies on the Move, we take a personalized, hands-on approach to care. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring each patient gets the time, attention, and customized treatment they deserve. Our goal isn’t just recovery — it’s helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any doctor’s prescription or referral (if you have one). If you filled out your New Patient Intake Form online, you’re all set — otherwise, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete it in person.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Athletic wear is ideal — shorts, leggings, t-shirts, or tank tops — depending on the area being treated. Sneakers or supportive shoes are also recommended.
